CleanWins Monday Refuel Bonus Explained
Waking up to a Monday can be a struggle, but online casinos like CleanWins aim to sweeten the start of your week with a promotional boost. The “Monday Refuel Bonus” is a common offer designed to reinvigorate your gameplay. This guide provides a clear, step-by-step explanation of how this bonus typically works at CleanWins casino, detailing the process from claim to withdrawal, and highlighting important terms you need to know.
What is the CleanWins Monday Refuel Bonus?
The Monday Refuel Bonus is a weekly promotion offered by CleanWins to reward players for starting their week with them. It’s not a CleanWins no deposit offer; it requires a real-money deposit to activate. Typically, this bonus comes in the form of a match percentage on your deposit, often accompanied by a set number of CleanWins free spins on a specific slot game. For example, a common structure is a 50% bonus up to £50 plus 20 free spins on “Book of Dead.” This bonus is exclusively available from 00:01 to 23:59 every Monday.
Step-by-Step Guide to Claiming Your Bonus
Claiming the Monday Refuel promotion is a straightforward process if you follow these steps. Ensure you are logged into your CleanWins account before you begin.
- Check the Promotions Page: First, navigate to the ‘Promotions’ section on the CleanWins website to confirm the exact terms for the current week.
- Optional: Enter the CleanWins promo code. Some weeks may require you to enter a specific bonus code in the cashier section before depositing. This code is always listed on the promotion’s terms and conditions.
- Make a Qualifying Deposit: Go to the cashier and make a deposit using one of the accepted payment methods. The minimum deposit to trigger the bonus is usually £10.
- Receive Your Bonus Funds and Spins: Once your deposit is successful, the bonus funds will be credited to your bonus balance, and any free spins will be available in the designated game.
Understanding the Key Terms and Conditions
The real value of any CleanWins bonus is understood by reading the fine print. Ignoring the terms can lead to frustration when trying to withdraw winnings. The most critical conditions revolve around wagering requirements and game restrictions.
| Term | Typical Requirement at CleanWins | Explanation |
|---|---|---|
| Wagering Requirement | 35x (Bonus Amount) | You must bet the bonus amount 35 times before it becomes real, withdrawable cash. |
| Game Weighting | Slots: 100% / Table Games: 10% | Only bets on slots contribute 100% to the requirement. Roulette or blackjack bets contribute far less. |
| Maximum Bet | £5 per spin/hand | Placing bets over this limit while the bonus is active can void the bonus and any winnings. |
| Validity Period | 7 Days | You typically have one week to complete the wagering requirements before the bonus and associated winnings expire. |
Common Issues and Troubleshooting
Sometimes, players encounter problems when trying to claim or use the bonus. Here are the most frequent issues and their solutions.
- Bonus Not Credited: Did you remember to enter the promo code if required? Was your deposit amount above the minimum? If both are correct, log out and back in, or refresh the game lobby. If it’s still missing, contact support.
- Free Spins Not Appearing: Free spins are usually credited to a specific game. Go directly to the slot mentioned in the offer terms (e.g., Starburst) to see if they are available there.
- Wagering Not Progressing: Ensure you are playing eligible games. Betting on excluded table games or live dealer games will not contribute to the rollover requirement.
Is the Monday Refuel Bonus Worth It?
The value of the Monday Refuel offer depends on your playing style. For a low-stakes slot player who enjoys extended gameplay, the extra funds and spins provide good entertainment value. However, the 35x wagering requirement is significant. To make an informed decision, always compare the bonus value against the playthrough obligation.
